Cairn RPG: Adventure - Orestruck

The corpse thief hook pulled me in immediately, and the village of Pact feels genuinely lived-in with problems that spiral in unexpected ways. I've run about four sessions from it and my players keep bringing up details from the Tannic Forest days later.

The module's pacing is fantastic — the corpse thief and cruel governor plots weave together naturally without feeling forced. Ran it last weekend and my players were genuinely hooked by the village of Pact and its secrets.

I was a little disappointed the village of Pact only gets a couple pages of detail, but the central mystery around the ore and the forest folk is clever enough to work around. The random encounter tables for the Tannic Forest add good variety during travel.
