The first session with this quickstart had us diving into the roiling tear beneath Spire, and the routes to unknown places felt genuinely dangerous. The way it frames shrines to long-dead gods as something you actually discover through play is what sold me on it.

I've been reading through the quickstart, and the way it describes the routes to unknown places feels so evocative—it instantly sparks adventure ideas. The monster lore is creepy and detailed, which makes me excited to run a session.
