هارت: المدينة السفلى - فيرميسيان بلاك أوبس

The faction-based tension between the Ministry and the high elves gives every mission a desperate, high-stakes feel. The layout of the Vermissian setting is perfect for running clandestine ops.

The missions are gritty and morally complex, and the way the rulebook handles infiltration into high elf society feels tense and tactical. I ran a session where my team barely escaped through a flooded maintenance tunnel, and the atmosphere was fantastic.

The Vermissian setting is so richly bleak and detailed that I already have campaign ideas after just skimming the faction rules. The Ministry of Our Hidden Mistress feels genuinely dangerous and twisted, perfect for the kind of shadow war the description promises.
