Steam Locomotive 4-4-0 from Nanoblock's Advanced Hobby Series stands approximately 3.5" tall in average and has 980 pieces. Difficulty level is 4. This kit features all the details one would expect
The tiny 3.5-inch finished size is incredible given the 980 pieces—the wheels actually spin smoothly. I had to use tweezers for some of the really small blocks, but seeing that detailed locomotive come together was totally worth it.
Took me a couple evenings to finish, but the 980 pieces went together cleanly and the boiler detailing looks fantastic at this tiny scale. Just wish the instructions had a few more color-coded steps for the trickier sections—still, it's a solid build for the price.
