The paint job on this little lighthouse is surprisingly detailed for the price—the red stripes and windows really pop on the table. It clicks right into the same spot as the cardboard one, and my group noticed the upgrade immediately.

The wooden lighthouse has a nice heft to it that makes it feel much more premium than the cardboard one it replaces. The paint job is clean and adds a lot of atmosphere to the game board, especially during nightfall rounds. I'm glad I spent the extra money for this upgrade.
