Alien RPG: Heart of Darkness

I’d only read about the cinematic scenario format before, but getting a complete one in the box — adventure plus the conclusion — meant my group could run it back to back without any prep. Gaska’s pacing keeps the tension tight, and the ending genuinely surprised us.

Picked this up for our group's next session, and the way it ties together the Destroyer of Worlds storylines is incredibly satisfying for longtime players. The hardcover binding feels sturdy enough for repeated use, and the scenario itself is genuinely tense.

The scenario is well-written and atmospheric, but I was hoping for more player handouts or maps to help set the mood during our session. It wraps up the story arc nicely, though the pacing felt a bit rushed in the final act.
