Rebels of the Outlaw Wastes RPG

We cracked open the box and dove straight in—the way the character sheets lean into misfits fighting tyrants makes every session feel personal. Played two nights back-to-back and lost track of time completely.

The setting is refreshingly weird and full of personality, and the misfit outlaw angle really makes you feel like a scrappy underdog. I’ve already run two sessions with the story-driven rules, and they’re easy to teach but still give players plenty of room for creative chaos.

The rulebook’s layout is clean, but I wish the quick-start guide had more examples of how the unique dice system works in play. Fun premise, just feels a bit rough around the edges for the price.
