Root: Marauder Hirelings Pack & Hireling Box

The hireling cards add such a fun layer of chaos—each one brings a totally different strategy to the table, and they shine brightest in two or three-player games. We've played four times this week already, and the box keeps it all tidy between rounds.

I was worried the expansion might feel tacked-on, but these hirelings add real strategic depth and make 2-player games much more dynamic. The artwork on the cards is beautifully detailed, and the box itself keeps everything organized perfectly.

The hirelings really shake up the game dynamics, especially when we're only two players. I just wish the box had a bit more interior organization for all the pieces.
