The new tech tiles add a fresh layer of strategy, forcing me to rethink my entire approach to each game. My only wish is that the rulebook had a few more examples for the new combat cards. Still, this expansion makes an already great game even more intense.

The tech tiles add a whole new layer of strategy—I love how they let you build up your engine before the late game. My only small gripe is the rulebook could be clearer on a few interactions, but once you get the hang of it the expansion really shines.

I was hesitant about the new combat cards changing the flow, but they actually make battles feel more tense and strategic. The plastic tokens are a nice upgrade over the original cardboard ones too.
