David ★★★★★

We've played about six games so far and the princess-influence mechanic creates really tense endgame decisions every time. The card art is also gorgeous, and the rulebook made learning effortless.

Sofia ★★★★☆

Got this to the table last weekend and the race to crown your princess creates real tension right from the first turn. I just wish the rulebook explained the "Imperial Privilege" card interactions a bit more clearly. Still, the different victory conditions keep every game feeling fresh.

Lily Z. ★★★★☆

The princesses all play differently enough that I've gotten a good dozen games out without it feeling stale, and the 2E card stock holds up way better than my old copy. Only gripe is the rulebook buries the setup details a bit, but a quick reference sheet fixed that.
