Speedpaint: Mega Set 2.0

42 colors in one box sounded like overkill until I actually sat down with them — the coverage is smooth enough that one coat handles most of my infantry. The included medium stretches them nicely for glazing, and the metallics lay down way cleaner than the pots I was mixing myself.

The new metallic paints are a revelation—one coat gives a shiny finish that used to take two layers of regular paint. This set covers every color I need for my warhammer armies.

Forty-two new colors plus a medium in one box is a ridiculous amount of value, and I've already used a handful on a squad of infantry. The four carryover favorites were a nice touch since I was almost out of those. Coverage is smooth and they thin down fine for glazing.
