The exhaustion system alone makes every desperate campfire feel earned, and I actually smiled when my character finally found a dry cave to rest in. It nails that grim grind without bogging you down in menus.

Finally, a game that gets how miserable the adventuring life really is. I love the focus on scavenging for stale rations and barely getting any sleep—it makes every victory feel earned.
