Staedtler Lumocolor Non-Permanent Markers issue clean, high-definition lines that dry immediately on photos, printers' proofs, glass, vinyl, and overhead transparencies. The ink can be wiped off with just a damp cloth. The sets of four markers include one each of Black, Blue, Green, and Red.
Chessex recommends these markers for use with their BattleMats.
Wiped a stray mark off a glossy photo with my thumb and it came right off, no smudge left behind. The lines dry almost instantly, which saved me from dragging my hand through wet ink on vinyl labels.
I use these on overhead transparencies for my lectures and the lines come out crisp every time. The ink dries almost instantly, so I don't smudge anything when I flip the sheets. Wipes off glass with a damp cloth too, which is handy.
Finally, a marker that writes on my overhead transparencies without smudging the second I touch them—the lines stay crisp and dry instantly. The ink wipes off cleanly from glass with just a dry cloth, which is exactly what I needed for quick proofing sessions.
