外星前線 X 版

The new colony tracker board is way sturdier than the flimsy one from the original printing, and the dice feel great to roll. Ten years in and this game still hits the table every month with my group.

Finally upgraded my old beat-up copy for the tenth anniversary edition and the thicker board alone was worth it. The dice-placement area feels way less cramped with the new layout, and setup still takes under ten minutes.

The component quality in this 10th anniversary edition is noticeably better than my old copy, especially the thicker colony tokens that don't slide around the board. Dice placement still feels tense every round, and the updated art finally makes the alien factions feel distinct.
