Blades in the Dark RPG

I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but the downtime rules really make planning our crew’s next score feel natural and tense. The setting’s haunted industrial streets are so vivid that my group argues about which district to target first.

The faction system and the way heists are structured with flashbacks makes every session feel like a tense heist movie. I've run three sessions so far and the rules for chasing and occult mysteries keep the story moving fast.

The crew mechanics for heists feel really tight once you get the hang of them, and the occult mysteries add a nice layer of tension. I just wish the rule book had a few more concrete examples for new players.
