Dominion：Menagerie

I was skeptical about how the llama spitting mechanic would work, but it actually adds a fun layer of strategy to the game. The cards feel durable and the animal lessons are cleverly integrated into the gameplay. This is one I’ll be pulling out for game nights regularly.

I love how the horses let you stockpile actions for huge turns, really changes up the strategy. The new livery mats add a fun layer without slowing the game down.

The animal theme is so charming, and the "spit really far" card description actually made me laugh out loud during setup. The variety of new mechanics adds a fresh layer of strategy that keeps every game tense, and I love how differently each animal's "lesson" changes your approach.
