The area-control scoring in each district adds a nice layer of tension to the cathedral construction. I love how you can pivot your strategy based on which dice you’re dealt.

The dice-based action selection keeps every round tense, and the way you race to complete sections of the cathedral before rivals grab the best spots is genuinely clever. I’ve played it three times in one week and the strategy still feels fresh.

The theme is nice, but the game feels a bit fiddly with all the resource management. It's fun for a few rounds but doesn't have much replay value for our group.
