The new events cards shake up the game just enough to keep it fresh without overcomplicating things. I love how the train station mechanic gives you another strategic path to build around. Definitely worth picking up if you've worn out the base game.

The train station theme really adds a fresh layer to the city-building feel, and the new events have shaken up our game nights in the best way. My group especially loves how the critters and constructions feel just as balanced as the original set.

The new cards integrate smoothly with the base game, and the train station mechanic adds a fresh strategic layer without feeling gimmicky. I just wish the rulebook had a few more examples for the event cards.
