The new heroes are a game-changer, and the way corruption escalates to a larger threat makes every match feel more urgent. Setup took a bit longer than usual, but that extra prep paid off with some genuinely tense moments.

The corruption spreading to a larger threat really raises the stakes, and the better-prepared heroes feel like a direct answer to the original game's punishing difficulty. Setup was a bit longer than I'd like, but once we got going, the new mechanics kept every turn tense.

The new heroes add some welcome variety to the roster, and I like that the corruption mechanic feels like a real escalating threat. My only small gripe is the rulebook could be a bit clearer on a couple of the setup steps.
