Mork Borg

Finally, an RPG that actually leans into the grimdark instead of treating it like a joke. The character sheet's "misery" track is a brutal but perfect mechanic for the hopeless tone. I've never had more fun losing a character.

The layout and heavy metal art style really set the mood before you even roll dice, and the doom-laden tables make character creation feel genuinely grim. I just wish the core rulebook had a bit more guidance for first-time GMs running the redemption angle.
