Nobi Nobi RPG - Thriller

I’m usually not a fan of tiny-box games, but the chase scene cards here actually made me jump—the tension really builds naturally. Setup took under five minutes, and the shadow mechanics kept everyone guessing.

The suspenseful atmosphere came through right from the setup, and the rules booklet is impressively concise for how much tension it creates. My group was genuinely on edge by the second scene.

This tiny box packs a surprising amount of tension, perfect for a quick one-shot when you can’t commit to a full campaign. The dark, atmospheric scenario had my group on edge from the first shadow in the alley.
