I love how the game components tell a story, especially the worn-looking player boards that really make you feel like you're building a Neolithic settlement. The solo mode is also surprisingly engaging for a game this theme-heavy.

I’ve played a lot of worker-placement games, but this one’s sense of history is unmatched—the way you build a Neolithic village from shells and tools feels genuinely rewarding. The asymmetric player powers keep every session tense and fresh. Already planning our next game night.

The shell tokens feel satisfyingly heavy in the hand, which fits the ancient theme perfectly. Had to watch a rules video before our first game, but once we got going, the worker-placement mechanics clicked beautifully. A solid 4 stars for the clever resource management and unique setting.
