Tales of the Valiant：怪物寶庫 2

I was up late flipping through this book and the variety of new enemy types is wild — my party is definitely not ready for the spectral giant that ambushes from walls. The index at the back makes finding specific creatures super fast, which saved me a ton of prep time.

The stat blocks for each creature include clever tactical hooks that make encounters feel fresh, not just a sack of hit points. I’ve already used the Hookfang Wyrm to surprise my party with an ambush they didn’t see coming, and the book’s layout makes finding the right monster mid-session a breeze.

The variety of new monsters is solid, but the book's binding feels a bit flimsy for something I'll use often at the table. It’s okay for the price, though.
