魔戒角色扮演遊戲：冒險：薩魯曼的試煉

The printed map of Eriador is gorgeous, and the scenario hooks actually made me want to run a campaign before even reading the stat blocks. I just wish the book's binding felt a bit sturdier for the price, but the Saruman-focused encounters themselves are well written.

The adventure module has some interesting plot hooks for the Saruman storyline, but I found the pacing a bit uneven. It took a while for our group to really get into the flow of the challenges presented.

The scenarios in the Trials of Saruman book are interesting, but the map quality feels flimsy and could tear easily. It’s a decent expansion if you’re a dedicated fan, though I wish the encounter balance was a bit more consistent.
