Air, Land & Sea: Critters At War

Played three battles back-to-back last night and the special abilities genuinely change how you play each card — my wife and I were trash-talking by the second round. The push-your-luck tension in each theater keeps it tense right to the last card.

The two-player setup is perfect for quick sessions, and the critter battles are genuinely strategic. My first game came down to a tense final card play that decided the match.

The card abilities add a nice layer of strategy without making the game too complex, and the two-player setup means quick rounds. I just wish the artwork on a few cards was a bit more distinct.
