The "take that" mechanic really shines when someone drops a new disorder on you right before you were about to win. I love how the therapy cards add a strategic layer to the chaos.

I was a bit unsure about the therapy mechanic at first, but it adds a fun layer of strategy when trying to clear my disorder cards. The game moves fast once everyone understands the rules, perfect for a light game night with a cheeky sense of humor. Minimal complaints, really — just wish the box ins

I've played this a few times now and the "take that" mechanic keeps things lively, especially when someone draws a wild episode. Only knock is the rulebook could be clearer about how the therapy cards interact with the drugs.
