We've played this three nights in a row now, and the way the tournament bracket mechanic forces you to pick your poison before you're ready is such a clever twist. The theme is consistently hilarious too, and the artwork on the nightshade cards alone is worth the shelf space.

The game mechanics are clever, but the rulebook is a bit confusing for the first few rounds. Setup takes longer than I expected too, so it's not something you can jump into quickly.
