The idea that the soil itself is the game's core resource feels so clever and grounded. My family spent two hours just debating the best way to nurture our plot before the first harvest.

Finally got this to the table last night and the ecosystem-building mechanic is way more strategic than I expected. The way players balance growth and resource use really captures that feeling of natural adaptation.

I wish the game had a bit more strategy to the end-game scoring, but I love how the ecosystem cards force you to adapt your whole approach on the fly. The soil management tiles are a really clever touch that makes each play feel unique.
