The rules are deceptively simple but every round gets the whole table shouting, and the explosion cards genuinely make you sweat even with a lucky defuse in hand. Played three consecutive games without anyone wanting to stop, which never happens with my group.

We played this with a group of six last night and the defuse cards kept everyone on edge until the very last second. The artwork on the kitten cards is hilarious and really adds to the chaos.

The card-removal strategy is clever, and the kitten artwork got a few laughs from our group, but the game slows way down when someone draws a bomb and has to shuffle the deck again. It's fun for a quick round, though I wouldn't call it "highly strategic" every time we've played.
