Lost Ruins of Arnak: Verrassingszending Uitbreiding

Pulling open the box to find all those new item cards felt like actually discovering a lost ruin. My group especially loved the new type of idol that changes up our usual strategies. It adds just the right amount of fresh tension to an already great game.

The new items like the compass and binoculars add just the right amount of strategy without making things too complicated. We’ve already played three games back-to-back, and each one felt fresh with the surprise shipment mechanic.

The surprise reveal of what’s inside the package is fun, but it feels more like a small add-on than a full expansion. I like the new treasure-hunting items, though setup takes a bit longer than I expected.
