The way the game handles plant mutations feels genuinely fresh, and I love how each entry in my field log unlocks a new piece of the EZ’s story. Spent an entire evening just cataloging flora and never got bored.

I’ve barely scratched the surface of the sealed-off forest, but already the mutation tables for each plant are pulling me into a detective-like mindset. Actually holding the character sheet with the botanical field notes section is a nice tactile touch for an RPG.
