Wa-gu-mi 機動戰士 初代鋼彈 RX-78-2 3D 木質拼圖

Took me three patient evenings to assemble, and every bamboo piece snapped together with a satisfying click—the official licensing really shows in how accurate the RX-78-2 silhouette is. A bit delicate to handle while building, but the final pose on my shelf makes it worth it.

The interlocking pieces fit together perfectly without any glue, and the finished 12-inch tall Gundam feels surprisingly sturdy. I was able to complete the build in about three hours while watching a movie.

The bamboo wood pieces have a nice texture, but some of the tabs are very tight and require a bit of sanding to fit together properly. Once assembled, the final model looks decent enough, though the joints aren't as clean as I'd hoped for the price.
