Falling Sakura - 3D Miniature Scene

I wasn’t sure how the 3D effect would look in person, but the depth of the miniature street scene is stunning and the tiny lanterns glow softly.

The little pavilion and curved eaves are so intricate that I kept spotting new details every time I walked past the shelf. It’s honestly the prettiest piece in my living room now, and the warm light really brings out the Chinese architecture style at night.

Took me a full weekend to assemble, but the little Chinese architecture details are absolutely worth the patience. The sakura pieces are tiny and fiddly, so have tweezers ready — I'd give it five stars if the glue had come with a spare tube.
