Purple Moth Orchid - 3D Miniature Scene

The little glass bottle pieces fit together perfectly, and the purple orchid petals are so detailed they almost look real. It took me a couple of evenings to finish, but the finished scene is absolutely adorable on my desk.

The little ceramic pot sits perfectly on my desk, and the orchid petals have a subtle sheen that catches the light just right. Assembly took about two hours, and the only snag was a tiny piece that needed a dab of glue to stay put.

The orchid leaves have a nice matte texture that makes them look surprisingly realistic. Assembly took me about an evening and the pieces fit snugly without glue. Only wish the pot had a bit more weight to it so it wouldn’t tip over easily.
